Refund policy
Due to the nature of freshly prepared food products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and payment has been
received.
However, refunds or replacements may be considered in the following cases:
- Incorrect order received
- Missing items
- Damaged packaging upon delivery
- Food quality issue reported within 2 hours of delivery
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
You will be liable for the extra transport costs required to process your exchange or
refund.
Approved refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on payment provider.
Product Availability
- In the rare case of stock shortage, Foodies On The Go may substitute an item with another popular product from the range. For custom selections, clients will be informed of any unavailable items & offered suitable alternatives for their order.
Risk & Liability
- All risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once delivery has been completed and the order has been successfully handed over to the recipient.
- Although we take all reasonable precautions to securely package meals, we cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by the courier service.
- Should any items arrive damaged or compromised as a result of courier handling, customers must notify us within 2 hours of delivery for assessment and possible resolution.
